Remembrance Assembly

Year 6 B held a poignant Remembrance Assembly that touched the hearts of everyone present. The assembly featured a moving performance by a trumpeter from Reigate Grammar School, whose solemn notes of “The Last Post” and ‘Reveille’ echoed throughout the school gym and beyond. The school choir added to the atmosphere with their harmonious rendition of a traditional remembrance song, ‘A Wish For Peace’ creating a reflective and respectful mood. The combination of the trumpeter’s stirring melody and the choir’s heartfelt singing made the assembly a memorable tribute to those who have served and sacrificed.
