This week, we welcomed the charity SparkFish into school to set up a quiet Think! Space. A classroom was transformed into a peaceful setting where the children visited with their class to reflect and participate in small activities, all based on our school value of Responsibility.
Children from all year groups across the school participated and could choose to draw or write, create or relax, play or pray. They were encouraged to think of ways to be kind to themselves and others. The Think space has been a great success and many children reflected on how nice it had been and how happy it made them feel. They enjoyed the calm music and had time to reflect and write about their thoughts and feelings.
We would like to thank Charlie Auton and his team for their time and support in making this a great success!
