March Musical Showcase

On Wednesday, we had the pleasure of inviting parents to watch their children perform in our March Musical Showcase. The event began with a lively performance by Miss Searle's band, featuring 'Pompeii' by Bastille and 'Blinding Lights' by The Weekend. Following this, our Year 2 classes amazed us with each class performing two pieces on the violin. Our Year 5 drumming trio delivered an innovative and energetic performance, and finally, Genna in Year 6 delighted us with her rendition of the 'Pink Panther' on the trumpet.
A special thank you to Mrs. Lloyd-Wilson for teaching Year 2 violin this term, also to Miss Searle and the A-level musicians from Reigate College for preparing our band. It was wonderful to see so many children enjoying playing music, with many of them performing for the first time.
