Our budding Year 3 artists have embarked on an exciting adventure into the world of portraiture!
Exploring the shape and details of drawing facial features, the children are now infusing their creations with the beauty of nature. They have been creating backgrounds ready for their self-portraits, taking inspiration from the artist Kehinde Wiley. Using toilet rolls as artistic tools, they have produced patterns reminiscent of stamps, infused with vibrant and bold colours that mirror Wiley's distinctive style.
