Someone Special Mothers Day Event

Our Reception children were very excited to welcome their special grown‑ups into the classroom for their Someone Special Mother’s Day event on Wednesday.
The children decorated their own flowerpots and then carefully chose and cut a selection of beautiful flowers to arrange inside, creating a gorgeous gift for their grown‑ups to take home. This was followed by scones and star biscuits, and the afternoon ended with a shared story - a lovely way to celebrate together.
