Year 4 Brass Performance

A huge well done to Year 4 for their fantastic Brass Assembly this morning. Over the Autumn term, Year 4 took part in ten 30‑minute lessons to learn a Trumpet, French Horn or Trombone. It was wonderful to see just how much progress they made in such a short time.
They performed Star Wars, Jingle Bells and Happy with great confidence and enthusiasm. A special thank you to the parents who joined in with an impromptu performance, also to Mrs Harvey and Mr Avery for accompanying the children on the bells during Jingle Bells.
We are incredibly grateful to FOM for donating the brass instruments, ensuring every Year 4 pupil has the opportunity to learn and play a brass instrument throughout the Autumn term.
If your child enjoyed playing their Brass instrument and would like to continue, Our Peripatetic teacher, Mr Stott, is able to offer individual or group lessons. Please contact the school office if you would like to sign your child up.
